| Descriptions | Commonly referred to as an archwire stop, the ALS Lock is ideal for adjustable or tie-back stop applications, spring activation, or for prevention of wire migration. Ideal for tight spots that won’t accommodate a tie-back bend in an arch wire, or in tight spaces between wide molar attachments. The ALS lock may be used with an open wound coil spring as an adjustable activator allowing optimum spring pressure to be maintained. The ALS lock is fixed into place by positioning the slotted bolt over the archwire and tightening the nut with the special wrench. Fits up to an .022 wire. |
