Leone Forward Max Retention Antisnoring 1 Kit

This kit is specially engineered for the realization of an antisnoring bimaxillary Dorsal type appliance and this version is featured by a higher
retention capacity of the upper screws in the acrylic splint, thanks to the
distal “U” bent guide.
It contains all the necessary components for a fast and precise construction of the appliance.
The kit for the construction of 1 appliance is made up of:
- 2 upper screws with “U” guide, 1 right and 1 left
- 2 lower wings with inner steel frame, 1 right and 1 left
