- Used for patients with Breath Hold Time (BHT) of 20 seconds or more
- Advances the lower jaw and opens the bite to improve airway function

- Available in mouldable version (S1M) for enhanced overnight retention
- Progress to S2 when BHT reaches 35 seconds or more
Stage 1 Mouldable – S1M
Mouldable version of S1 for better overnight retention
- Designed for patients struggling with overnight appliance retention
- Dual-layer technology with soft outer layer and hard inner core
- Helps maintain appliance stability during moulding
Stage 1 Hybrid – S1H
Functional airway establishment with active exercises
- Designed for patients with moderate to severe breathing and disordered sleep (BDS)

Stage 2 Mouldable – S2M
Enhanced overnight retention version of S2
- Recommended for patients unable to retain S2 appliance overnight
