Product Description
The MRC Trainer T4K® for Kids – Phase 1 Soft Pink is a pre-orthodontic myofunctional appliance designed for children in the mixed dentition stage (6–8 years). It is the starting appliance in the T4K® system and is made from soft, flexible silicone to ensure maximum comfort, compliance, and adaptability, even in cases of severe dental misalignment.
The T4K® Phase 1 works by treating the causes of malocclusion, not just the symptoms. It corrects poor oral habits such as mouth breathing, incorrect swallowing, low tongue posture, and lip dysfunction, while simultaneously guiding erupting teeth and improving jaw alignment. Proper tongue positioning within the maxilla also supports natural arch development.
Recommended usage is 1 hour daily plus overnight while sleeping, typically for 6–8 months, before progressing to T4K® Phase 2.
How T4K® Phase 1 Works :
The T4K® Phase 1 is most effective when permanent anterior teeth are erupting.

Directions for Use :
